Join men from across Greater Cincinnati for an inspiring day of faith, fellowship, and practical encouragement as we explore the vital role of fathers, mentors, and Christian brotherhood.

Hosted by Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Center and moderated by Deacon Joe Grote, author of Where Have All the Fathers Gone?, this interdenominational workshop will feature local ministries and community organizations dedicated to strengthening men, families, and our community.

Blessing of Pets

In honor of St. Francis of Assisi, patron saint of animals and creation, Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Center invites you to bring your beloved pets for a special Blessing of Pets on Saturday, October 3, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.

Join us on the front lawn of Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Center along Moeller Avenue as we give thanks to God for the joy, companionship, and love our animals bring into our lives. Pets of all kinds are welcome!

This event will be held rain or shine, except in the event of extreme or unsafe weather. Any weather-related cancellation will be announced on our website and social media.

For the safety and comfort of everyone attending, all animals must be on a leash or safely contained in a pet carrier. Pets are not permitted inside the Center, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after their animals.

There is no registration required—simply bring your pet and join us!

Journey to Bethlehem this Advent season at Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Center.

Beginning in mid-November, we invite you to experience our Sacred Art & Street of Bethlehem Tour—a guided, prayerful pilgrimage through sacred art and our recreated Street of Bethlehem.

This contemplative journey invites you to step away from the busyness of the season and enter more deeply into the mystery of the Nativity. Through sacred images, Scripture, prayer, and reflection, walk with Mary and Joseph toward Bethlehem and prepare your heart to welcome Christ anew.

Come to listen. Come to pray. Come to encounter the wonder of Christmas.

Sacred Art & Street of Bethlehem Tours begin in mid-November.

LIVE Actor Bethlehem Experience

On the first three Saturdays in December, the Street of Bethlehem comes alive!

Guests will journey through our recreated Bethlehem as live actors bring the story of the Nativity to life, offering families and visitors of all ages an opportunity to experience the sights, sounds, and story of Bethlehem in a memorable and faith-filled way.

Ticketing information will be available in mid-November.

Our LIVE Actor Bethlehem Experience has sold out in previous years, so we strongly encourage guests to register early once tickets become available.

As the Church begins the holy season of Advent, we invite you to step away from the busyness of life and prepare your heart for the coming of Christ.

Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Center is delighted to once again welcome Lisa Cusmano of Magdala House for our annual Women's Advent Retreat. Lisa's retreats have become a cherished Advent tradition, offering inspiring reflections, meaningful prayer, and an opportunity for spiritual renewal as we prepare to celebrate the birth of our Savior.

This retreat has sold out in previous years, so be sure to mark your calendar now!

These free monthly lessons are open to anyone who would like to learn — no previous experience is necessary.

When: The 4th Thursday of each month from 10:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. in the OLHSC Library
Please note: There are no lessons in November or December due to the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays.
