This beautiful house, dedicated to our Blessed Mother, has been made possible because of the countless volunteer hours and the generosity of so many over the past 30 years. And, today, we humbly ask our long-time contributors and those who haven’t given to continue supporting our Center so we can help people rest in the best peace there is…in the loving arms of our Blessed Mother, in the hands of Jesus Christ, and softness of the Holy Spirit.  

It costs approximately $2,500 per day to operate OLHSC. This would not be possible without your generous contributions, prayers, and support.

EVENT SPONSORSHIP
Sponsor one of the many great speakers or series that are presented at OLHSC throughout the year. Examples for sponsorships: OLHSC sponsored conferences, Advent events through Bethlehem, Lent events through Jerusalem. Sponsorships help offset the costs for these events and keep the price affordable for participants.

GIFTS IN KIND/AMAZON WISH LIST
Gifts in Kind refer to the practice of giving actual goods or services to a ministry versus donating the money to buy them. These types of gifts can be as creative as the person giving them! Visit our Amazon Wish List for a list of items needed to keep OLHSC running.

REAL ESTATE GIFTS
Properties that can be given to us include personal residences, vacation homes, commercial property or land. Many people like to give gifts of real estate because the inherent value of the property far exceeds that of any other single asset. It’s very popular because even individuals with modest estates typically own real estate.

LEGACY GIFTS/BEQUESTS
Name Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Center as a beneficiary of your will, life insurance, trust or retirement plan. This method of giving has blessed the Center in so many ways, and often right at the time we need it.

Another option is to designate OLHSC in your Point of Death Transfers. POD Transfers are a way of designating beneficiaries to receive your assets automatically at the time of your death , without having to go through probate court. They also allow you to specify the percentage of assets each person or entity will receive.

IRA ROLLOVER
If you are 70½ or older, an IRA qualified charitable distribution can help you lower taxes on your IRA withdrawals. This is fast becoming a popular option for many of our benefactors. All gifts in this form must be made payable to Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Center. We encourage you to discuss this option with your financial advisor.

  • OLHSC is an IRS approved 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Your contributions are fully tax deductible to the extent the law allows.

  • Yes, some. We kindly ask you call ahead to ensure it is an item we need. Over the past 30 years we’ve acquired a lot of religious statues and pictures. However, you may have something we need.

    All in-kind donations become property of OLHSC without restrictions.

  • Yes. You can either fill out the online donation form and designate your donation in honor or memory of an individual, or you can mail a check and enclose a note.
