Individuals or group leaders interested in scheduling a retreat or arranging a visit to tour the grounds may contact the Retreat Office at firstname.lastname@example.org or call (513)351-9800 X305. If calling, please leave a message including your phone number and email address.
Securing a reservation requires a deposit of the total balance at the time of confirmed reservation. All balances are due prior to retreat. Please read and review payment, cancelation and refund policy prior to booking reservation.
Groups designate a coordinator to communicate with the OLHSC Retreat office and staff.
The group coordinator is responsible to communicate OLHSC policies to their participants and communicate all needs with OLHSC staff.
Two weeks prior to retreat arrival, the group coordinator assigns group members to their OLHSC rooms and makes arrangements for meeting room set-up and AV equipment.
The group coordinator communicates and works with OLHSC retreat staff during the retreat/program.
Arrival and Departure Policy
Check-in between 10 am and 2 pm at the Holy Spirit Gift Shop.
Check-out is at 10 am.
Please adhere to our check-in and check-out policy times. Check-in or check-out times outside of our stated policy must be approved by the retreat office. We will do our best to accommodate special request outside of our check-in and check-out policy however we cannot guarantee times outside the policy.
We are closed on Sundays. If a retreat is scheduled for an overnight stay on Saturday, all guests must check out by 9 AM (removing all belongings from rooms.) If you choose to celebrate Mass as retreat group please plan on celebrating at the 9 AM Mass next door at Holy Trinity.
To reserve your spot a deposit must accompany the confirmed reservation. The deposit is non-refundable. However, should you cancel your reservation 90 days or more before the retreat start date, you may apply your deposit toward another booking occurring within 12 months from the date of the initial retreat to which your deposit originally applied.
When you reserve your spot, you may either pay in full or pay a deposit. Full payment for the retreat is due prior to start date and a deposit is required at the time of signed contract to officially reserve your spot. You may pay with check or credit card (fees apply). Based on space availability for your desired booking you will receive an email confirming your dates. A deposit is required to secure your reservation. Payment details will be forwarded via email.
To enable advanced planning the following cancelation policy applies; Please note there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancelations, travel delays or illness. If you cancel, the cancellation policy below will apply. We wish we could compensate people for unforeseen circumstances (injury, family emergency, etc.) unfortunately we have costs already incurred when reserving. We have designed our cancellation policy to be as compassionate as possible in the case that your plans change. Please see below for cancellation policy:
90 days or more prior to the start of the retreat, you receive 100% credit of the cost of the full retreat payment toward another Retreat within 12 months of the originally booking reservation.
60-90 days prior to the start of the retreat you receive 50% credit of the cost of the full retreat payment toward anther Retreat within 12 months, and will forfeit the remainder.
0-60 days prior to the start of the retreat no refunds or credits will be given.
To Cancel you must send an email stating that you wish to cancel to the Retreat Office at email@example.com.
** Certain programs/retreats have their own cancellation policy and they are described on the program registration page for that particular retreat or program (these are non-OLHSC hosted retreats) and they have their own cancellation policy in addition to OLHSC. OLHSC cancellation policy is between the OLHSC and the signed contractee.
Fees will be incurred for changes made after the facility agreement is signed. If you are not canceling a retreat or program but need to make changes to the original signed contract and registration choices, a charge of $25 administrative change fee will be billed to the final invoice. Please note that no refunds will be given 0-60 days prior to the start of the retreat.
